Joie Cruz is a global innovation leader and design thinking expert with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of technology, design, and social impact. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Limitless Tech Asia, she leads the company’s vision to drive sustainable and inclusive innovation across Asia through human-centered AI and transformative digital solutions.

Joie is the founder of Limitless Lab, a pioneering social innovation consulting company based in the Philippines, known for empowering governments, civil society, and startups to amplify their impact through design thinking and innovation. She has led and co-designed hundreds of workshops and programs that reimagine governance, development, and entrepreneurship in the region.

Under her leadership, Limitless Lab has collaborated with top global organizations such as the UNDP, the Asian Development Bank, ASEAN Foundation, The Asia Foundation, as well as national and local governments across Southeast Asia. She is a trusted advisor and facilitator for building citizen-centered services, social innovations, and resilient innovation ecosystems.

Joie is also the creator of LimitlessGov, a flagship initiative that trains young government leaders in the Philippines to integrate design thinking and artificial intelligence into their governance work. Her work continues to inspire a new generation of purpose-driven public servants, innovators, and changemakers.
